The following is information for contacting authorities and those who will help you if you have an account of elderly exploitation you need to report. If the situation is serious, threatening, or dangerous, call 911 or the local police for immediate help!
When reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of the elderly, your report should include as much of the following as possible. The more information you can provide, the better the chance your report will be investigated.

Information and referral is also available from the national Eldercare Locator, a public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging. Call toll-free 1-800-677-1116 Monday through Friday 9 AM-8 PM (except U.S. federal holidays).
